Leo Tillemont

Leo Tillemont is a FIFA licensed football agent and joins the SISU Sports Management global team to leverage the U.S. soccer market growth.

A former academy player in Brazil over 7 years, Leo moved to the U.S. in 2007 as a scholarship NCAA student-athlete. During his time at the collegiate game, he set an NCAA national record for average of saves-per-game as a sophomore, proudly representing his alma mater Salem University.

Following graduation, Leo launched his professional career with FC Leones in Puerto Rico, and later signed a contract to play indoor soccer with the MISL side Rochester Lancers.

​

Leo’s journey in player representation began under the mentorship of his father, a veteran agent with over 30 years of experience managing hundreds of Brazilian players. Prior to joining SISU, Leo has made a name for himself representing soccer athletes and UFC fighters in many commercial deals, helping them monetize their careers through brand development, digital marketing, sponsorship activations, and fan engagement events.
